Yes. We have included the library from that folder path only.

If you want to copy the Agilent library folder to your project folder and want to replace all the VIs from that folder, Just copy the folder to your project folder and delete the folder from instr.lib path. Restart LabVIEW and open the project file, now labVIEW will ask for the library path. So you can just choose it from the new folder you have created in your project folder.
