Adding a numeric display to an old program

Solved!
Go to solution

Working on an old program (the author is no longer with the company) and I would like to add a couple numeric displays (see attached photo's).  I've added them to the front panel already (look for the red highlight "new"), labeled "Ambient" and "Motor Case" but can't get them to work.  These displays are already on the second page and working (see labels T/C #1 and T/C #2).

Again, I just need to display those two on the front panel, I just can't figure out how to do it.

Picture #1 - program front panel, #2 - close up of what needs to be added, #3 - the second page, display 3 and 4 is what I'm duplicating, #4 - an overview of the area of the block diagram that deals with the data and #5 - a close up of the same area.  I've also attached the program.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get those two displays working?

Thank you.

Right-click the charts...visible items...digital display, which will create two indicators. (No need for these extra indicators as in the top chart!)

Now change the placement and formatting of these indicators as desired.

Well, that was easy enough, thank you!
