Hallo i want
to find a text in a word document .doc (office word 2003)
and replace it with a another text.
i take LabeView 8.5, ActiveX
have anyone an example that would be nice

Welcome to the forum. Since this is your first post you're probably not aware of the fact that people will be a lot more willing to help if you show them what you have tried so far.
As for the current issue you can use the Find method of the Range object to find and replace text.

Hi,
Enclosed is a nice example that I made.
This example seaches in a report
It finds all instances of the word LAMBDA (one each time) and replaces it with the letter 'l' and then it changes the font of the letter to symbol
So the effect is to change each 'LAMBDA' in the file to greek alphabet 'l' or the lambda symbol
The neat thing here is that the range automatically changes from the entire doc to the found string - which I found by trial and error...
