Action - Write

I'm using an Action module to Write data to hard drive.  The Action module is set to Input Above Threshold but the Write keeps writing irrespective of the threshold.  I only want to Write data above the thresholds and I have piles of written data below it.

Also, can I slow the Write rate down.  I only need Write data about every 250mSec.  System is going to run 24/7 and the alarm outputs are crucial, but written data is just for trending.

It is certaily possible to do what you want. But can you post your code? It's not really possible to give specific advice without seeing what you are working with.
