Academic Suite number of installs

Hi we have just purchased the NI LabVIEW Academic Standard Suite for use in our lab and I was wondering how many computers I am allowed to install it on.
We have one LabVIEW developer but lots of computers and I'm not quite sure how the licensing works.

Ideally I would like to put the software on about 4 work computers.   Is the license handled per individual machine?

Also out of curiosity will the Standard Service Program (SSP) allow me to upgrade to LabVIEW 2013 when that is released?  Wishful thinking maybe.

Hi Jimmy,

quite interesting behaviour: first buying a product, then asking how to use it...

When you just bought the license why don't you just call your NI sales guy? (S)he will tell you all details about the license agreement...

Best regards,

Hi

The number of computers will depend upon the exact license agreement that you have paid for, the Academic Standard Suite is just the software not the license.

SSP will allow you to upgrade to the latest versions for as long as you keep renewing it.

Kind Regards
