Hi,I’m luiart.
I’ve two boards a PCI-AT-MIO-16-E and a TIO-6602.
I’d like to connect them with RTSI bus to synchronize the start of the acquisition. How can I do it?Is there any example about it?

You need to specify which kind of synchronization you need. Meaning, what does your application need to achieve.
There are good examples posted on our website and, if you are using Labview, there is a good Application Note talking about synchronization of multiple tasks, but you can expand the concept for multiple devices.
I'm attaching the App Note for your convenience. Depending on which programming language you are using you can refine your search at our web site.
Try the following string:
+synchronizing +rtsi +programming language (where programming language is the language you are using).
