AT-MIO-016 reinstall with LV5.1. Card not getting detected NIDAQ 6.5.1

I have a task of installing
AT-MIO-016 Board:
NI ASSY 180705-01 REV E 1992
(according to NI documentation, it means AT-MIO-16L-9)
SBC 2B94V-0 180707-01 Rev.E.1 Made in USA UL94V-0
Serial # is: 018110

This was running on LabVIEW 4.1 then 5.1 program under WinNT.

Hard disk died.

Upon getting another NT ISA slot computer with LabVIEW5.1, card is inserted into slot.
However this card is not getting detected.

2 Questions:
#1 Is there any way I can find AT-MIO-016 (means AT-MIO-16L-9) driver, and install it ?
#2 Which is current PCI equivallent closest to AT-MIO-16 ?

Thanks

Hi Sandeepvd,

According to this table, it seems like the AT-MIO-016 Board is only supported under Windows NT with the 6.1 NI-DAQ drivers. Unfortunately, while we do try to provide continuous support on even discontinued products, it is simply impossible to keep every legacy driver available on our website. However, if you would like, with your permission, I could get in touch with you to discuss on possibilities of delivering you those drivers.

As for the closest board to the AT-MIO-16L-9, this will depend on which features you will be using for your application. Our DAQ Product Page allows you to narrow down your search by different requirements which can definitely help you find what you are looking for.

I hope this helps,

Hi Sandeep,

We can discuss your application details here. There are a lot of newer PCI DAQ cards available with much better driver interfaces. NI's M Series is the best cost-for-performance line of hardware, and I'm very confident that it more than overlap the capabilities you need. If you would like to make sure, though, please share what kinds of measurements and control you're doing now, and we'll find the best match for you.

Thanks Joe. I am submitting following details:
- Code of the application 2000TEST.VI (LV 5.1).
- Details of card (AT-MIO-16) ...of various hardware switches on the card.

(It also has GPIB but it'd be straight forward)
best regards
Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,

Actually, I was hoping for more of a description of what sensors you're taking measurements from, and what kind of output generation you are currently doing. There may be a completely different and more efficient way to do what you're doing, but talking about the concepts will be more helpful than looking at the code.
