AQ6317 Programming manual

Hi...Now I am looking for AQ6317 Optical Spectrum Analyzer programming manual. My work is dealt with this instrument and I would like to write Labview program to communicate with this one via GPIB interface. Anybody has programming manual or has a link to download. Ando is now sold by Yokogawa. You should be able to order a manual from them. There is also a Ando 6310 driver that might help you get started.
