AML Toolkit DBScan

Solved!

Hello

Does anyone have experience with the AML toolbox. Clustering with dbscan gives me -1 in the predicted labels. Do not know exactly what the algorithm wants me to say. Are those labels which can not be assigned?

  • There is absolutely no reason to put the your message body inside code tags, right?
  • Since you posted in the LabVIEW forum, I am assuming that your question is somehow related to LabVIEW. Maybe you can add a few more sentences to explain that relationship so we can at least attempt to help. (See also below)
  • It also always helps to spell out acronyms, for example AML can mean a lot of things. 😉 (A link often helps)

Yes, this is the LabVIEW Analytics and Machine Learning Toolkit.
My bad for the code tags, was not intended.

Here a screenshot of my VI. It works, in the case structure are kmeans and GMM also implemented. They both work fine.

So i think DBscan should work also fine. I have no errormessage or something.

I only dont know why Dbscan give -1 Labels as output.

It means the Db-Scan can not assign the Data to a cluster. The parameters not allow it.
