A graph about new tecnologies and projects, where is it?

A few days ago I saw on the NI website an interesting graph with two lines showing that the projects developed in a given period always fell short of the technologies available to season.

I tried this chart again and I'm not finding. Incidentally, some of you got to see this chart here? Could you pass me the link please?
