9 axis wt901 imu sensor to be interfaced with labview using i2c

i am trying to interface a wt901 sensor with  crio using i2c implementation with daq card NI 9403, the api i have used is the one we can get from vipm i will link the snapshot of the vi below the problem im having is that when i try to select the ports for my scl and sda lines they show that no I/O is available will link that below as well. how can i troubleshoot this. im quite new to labview so please bear with me.
