No. Source wise, as far as I can tell, it is exactly the same as 2013. The performance of my units tests in 2015 appears to be about the same.

As you can see here http://www.ni.com/white-paper/13503/en/ there have not been any critical updates.
Also, you have to take in count that a Unit Test Framework Toolkit 2015 have systmem requirements like LabVIEW 2015. It is designed to be compatible with the new LabVIEW software.
