2013 memory leak?

I recently installed the evaluation version of LV 2013. At times I leave it open but with no VIs running as I am working through the getting started tutorials. After 20 -30 hours it degrades. First LV help gets to where it can find no topics. Then I cannot save VIs. When that happened I found out I could not even access files via Explore or My Computer (lack of resources). To add insult to injury, when I tried to reboot it told me I did not have permission to do so. This may be coincidence but so far I have not had resource problems or shutdown problems if I do not run LV. 

I think this is different than the user event memory leak thread as I have only implemented a few simple VIs in the tutorials.

Anyone else see this kind of problem.

Looks like you are not alone.  About 6 months ago someone else reported a similar strangeness and blamed it on the RSS feed.

No CARs were posted so there is a chance it is not on NI's radar.
