-1950678962 Warning on IOV Open w/verify

Upon Upgrading to LV2010 from LV2009 I am getting a -1950678962 warning when I try to open a reference to a IOV on my cRIO. 

The warning mean that 'The specified variable does not support the specified read, write, or open operation.'  In my case I am trying to

open a Analog Input IOV with the Access set to Read Access=Allowed, Write Access=None.  I have tried all of the other permutations but

still get the same warning.  Any explanations?

I'm still not finding any indication of that error having appeared before.  What was the outcome of your test with the example project that we sent?  Depending on your results, it may be something that should be added to a Corrective Action Request (CAR) to bring this to the attention of NI's R&D department.  If you can post code here that can reproduce that error that might shed some light on the issue.  Keep us posted!
