10MHz external clk to 100MHz, frequency multiplier

Hello, I am a beginner in LabVIEW. I am receiving a 10MHz clock signal from an external source, which is connected to the DIO connector (pin 16).

I attempted to generate a 100MHz clock signal using XOR and delay calculations as shown in the diagram, but the desired clock signal is not being produced. (I don't get the reason why ..Maybe some Frequency Difference Between External Clock and Internal FPGA Delay)

Is there a simpler and more accurate method to convert the 10MHz external clock to a 100MHz clock using LabVIEW?
