ガウス分布を利用した輝度取得

いつもお世話になっております。

輝度値を高精度に取得したいと考えており、 

レーザーの強度がガウス分布であることを利用してCCDカメラ（白黒）で撮った画像の輝度値を取得できないかと考えております。

関数の「ガウスピークフィット係数」等を使うのだとは思いますがどのように作ったらよいかわかりません。

LabView初心者のため、上記に関することでしたら、アイデア、たたき台等なんでもかまいませんのでご指導ください。

That using the Gaussian laser intensity CCD camera (black and white), we believe you can not get a picture taken with brightness values.

Function "Gausupikufitto factor" and use it and never know how good I could cook.

 

LabView for beginners, if that on the above ideas, please and whatever guidance it can be a starting point.
