Lego Mindstorm 2.0 : if it is possible to send a SMS msessage using mindstorm 2.0

hi I would like to ask if it is possible to send a SMS message using our Lego NXT Mindstorm 2.0.

What language/s are we going to use?

So far we are starting to connect the NXT brick to a PC but unfortunately, it cant connect because the NXT bricks says that the line is busy..

How was that? can u please respond to my question?

It is possible though it's not a common usage so you aren't going to find any pre-done examples out there.  It will require that you write a Java application on your phone to send and receive commands from the NXT.  An example of something like this is at http://afrolem.dk/lego/NXT_Mobile_Application_Documentation_DD819CFD-30D9-4F34-90C8-850D53090E42/Use... or http://nxtasy.org/2006/10/20/nxt-remote-control-for-java-cellphones/

You're going to need to do some Googling to find out who the experts are in this area and possibly get some example code from them.
