How do i make 3 seperate files work as one program

I found a site that had an alpha rex program. One for the head, one for legs, and one for arms. My question is how do i make all these programs into one so that the robot will do everything its supposed to. This is also with the software so i tried programming the robogator, i can program the jaws to open and close and for it to walk and sense things but its 3 seperate programs. Do i just loop the first program then add the second program right after that.

It would really depend on what you would want it to do. You could put them all in the same program and have it do all 3 at the same time. You could also have it run one after the other. You could also make it so that the results of one affect whether another executes or not. Can you be more specific on what you want to do?
