EV3 Robot sensor

I am currently trying to have a sound sensor on my EV3 robot. I am using a sequential structure to make it go according to my own set of instructions. I want to make my sound sensor take a reading at a certain point in my program and I want the reading to not change as it goes further into the program. Right now, my sound sensor only records data at the very beginning, even though I wish to record the data in my sequence. Can anyone look at my code and try to help me out? Thanks.

I only see one Sound VI within your picture, and that is in the middle of the sequence.  I also don't see any loop to show that this code ever repeats.


I've also moved this to the Mindstorms forum since that is what this product is and anyone who is familiar with it will be perusing that forum.
