Data dashboard keep crashing

Hi, 

I just installed data dashboard on my Moto G3 (Android 6.0, French version)

The app open, but as soon as I click on "+ add" I see the left side panel slide half open and then the app crash.

I tried to restart and cleaned the cache, but I still can't use the app.

I don't have another device, my colleagues use Iphones...

But It is kind of strange that I'm the only one to whom it happen.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Also, where did you download the app? Did you get it from an appstore or our website? Here is the link: https://www.ni.com/mobile/

Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with Android functionality with data dashboard but these are good questions to ask.

Hi Aulia,

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it does the same thing. I download it from Google Play. The NI website is just a link to google play so there is no other mean to install it.

Hi Matt. 

I just tried it on my friend's phone and it seems to work just fine. However, we have gotten plenty of feedback from Android users that it crashes often. I will send the feedback to R&D. In the meantime, if a friend has an iPad, it seems to work fairly well on that.
