LabVIEW Shortcut Menu Plug-Ins

When I need to replace an item, I've always hated the workflow: "Right-click >> Replace >> All Palettes >> Select a VI..."
Why can't we just do "Right-click >> Replace With..."? Well, now we can!
This plugin adds a "Replace With..." menu at the top level of the palettes:
