dlmread crashes

Hello,

I am trying to read  some files ( around 50 of them)  in a loop.I have used this dlmread in mathscript . To load the data in each file , i use dlmread.

It works fine for some iterations , like around 20. But if i increase the iterations to say 50, then it crashes with a error code..(.Error -90001 occurred at Error in function dlmread at ....)

This code works perfectly fine in matlab..for 150 files .

Could anyone please suggest a solution to this ,
