delete host program from real time controller

using NI9642 sbrio the host program in the real time sbrio as a startup program now when i am using fttp: for deleting previous host program i can't delete it especially when i delete the host version from the project i am looking for a way to delete the file and working with new real time application program which i use it now.

Have you tried undeploying the executable from the target and then deploying the new application?

Thank you I have been found a way to delete the files from the target and its work perfectly, I am using the CMD command window the using the ftp address to go through to delete this files.
