Windows Embedded 7

Would like to know and confirm if Vision Builder for Automated Inspection (VBAI) or Vision Development Module (VDM) can support Tablet PC Windows Embedded Standard 7 OS?

Already checked that VBAI/VDM do supports Windows 7 but how about Windows 7 Embedded since it is a kind of smaller version of Windows 7 Ultimate.

If possible, what configuration that need to follow? Or the required components to include in the system?

Hello Titanium, 

I know for a fact that Windows 7 Embedded is capable of running the LabVIEW development environment, as well as being able to support GigE cameras using a cRIO 982. Having said this, conceptually, you should be able to run the Vision Development Module and/or VBAI on a Windows 7 Embedded system. We do not work with tablets and I am unable to confirm this as I have not worked with customers who have used this configuration before. But you should easily be able to test it out with downloaded evaluation software for both LabVIEW and Vision software.
