When you say SIL, what are you using to represent your controller code and plant dynamics (C model & model, C code & C code, model & model, etc)? If you are using C code for the controller, do you need an emulator for a specific target type?
Wineman Technologies is an Alliance member that has a commercial tool that does this called EASE. The application is built complete in LabVIEW and can be extended with custom VIs for utilities and UI components. You can contact them via www.winemantech.com although I don't think they have a page for EASE up yet (product just released).
