Read data from GPS receiver

but now the question to receive data from the GPS. Why I'm taking the data in this form? (see picture)

but when the receiver is plugged directly into the computer, the data are correct. and another question for: how to set termination charatster to receive data from GPS receiver? My GPS receiver - ublox lea-4h-0-000.

problem is solved. bought a new gps receiver. once everything is normal working. strange that the old receiver when connected to the pc works fine. miracles, in general))
