I am implementing normal TDD type system where Transmitter and receivers switch between receiver and transmitter chain.
I am using NI-PXIe 1082 hence can control two USRPs from one graph/Panel.
How to insure :
1. Rx (USRP RIO 1) switches from transmission to reception and at same time Tx (USRP RIO 0) switches from reception to transmission
In next slot say after few milliseconds:
3. Tx (USRP RIO 0 )switches from transmission to reception and Rx( USRP RIO 1) switches from reception to transmission
..
Each steps are progressively in time domain as per a schedule.
Something like this has been implemented in MIMO implementation I guess as downlink node switches from pilot training to data reception and hence forth.
Any example I can look in? Key points to change?
