3rd Party Motor controllers missing

I am modifying the FRC arcade program to four motors and hit a snag. The library apparently didn't add to LabView when I installed the Phoenix Tuner X as there are no selections in the box when I click on CAM Motor in the WPI elements in drive. If there is a file to just add the library I can't find it.

The libraries would be added with the REV installer.  Have you installed the REV Hardware Client?

I installed the Rev Hardware client but it didn't install the libraries apparently. I found the library download now just have to wait for tech again with admin privileges to install it. So annoying.
