If you are looking for what the "Root Loop Issue" was that got solved...  I believe it to be the one that caused a change in the way DQMH starts a module. Previously it used the Run VI method, but that requires the Root Loop to execute. If you have a user holding down the mouse button on a menu or something that can block the root loop and prevent the module from starting.
