Hi,

I am having troubles in installing NI 488.2 (I will install later the software of the GPIB USB adapter) .

I keep getting the error message about missing or damaged dll "wiseCustomCalla1.7EEDDDA1_408B_11D3_9AE0_006097741583.dll".

I couldn't find any download link of this dll.

I would appreciate your help

I don't understand your first statement since the software for the GPIB USB is NI-488.

In any case, what version are you trying to install? What OS? Do you get the error during installation or later. If later, exactly when?

I get this error at the begining of  installation of the NI 488.2

My OS is windows 7

I can't look at a pc right now. Have you tried down loading it again?
