wcdma suite with 3rd party test equipment

I have 3rd partry test equipment (R&S) that can do arbitary waveform generation, I was wondering if there is anyway to utilize the WCDMA measurement suite (or any LabVIEW software / toolkits) to generate and analyze WCDMA signals (EVM, ACPR, Frequency Accuracy, etc)

The link you have provided is correct. I am looking to use the WCDMA measurement Suite.

However, I am open to using other solutions. Basically I am looking to use labVIEW + any required toolkits to be generate and anaylze WCDMA waveforms using traditional instruments.

Shouldn't you be talking to NI?

That software seems tightly integrated with their PXI system.

How useful will it be if you don't buy NI equipment????
