searching a 100 pin robust connector interface

We have a 100 pin national instrument cable and a corresponding connector on our board. We now search for a more robust connector interface, so the pins don't get damaged when frequently dis- and reconnecting the cable to the board. Anyone knows where to find those 100 pins connector interfaces that might be screwed or securely attached to the PC and the cable ?!?!

I just checked the connector to our serial boards and it does have a fastening screw. I know that some of these connectors (for daq) have a fastening click-clip instead. You can check out, http://www.ni.com/products/ Hope this helps.
