"A/D timeout" of keithley 3706

I control 3706，2000and2182 by GPIB.Now,there have a problem.when I run the VI,keithley 3706 usually  has a error "A/D timeout" of "A/D timeout" .The VI don't have error.I don't konw what caused the error.I am very anxious to continue the experiment.I hope somebody who used 3706 can help me and tell me the reason  .Thank you very much.Thank you very much.

Can you communicate with the instruments through GPIB?

Do you use the Driver for these instruments？Or, just send commands and get responds?

You can download the driver on ni.com/idnet, and there will be example VIs.
