old ieee board

I own a very old IEEE 488 board in ISA bus (code name 488-PC2 IEEE 488.22 INTERFACE ) to be used on a very old PC.

Unfortunately, I have no documentation on the configuration of this board (for example how to choose address, IRQ, DMA).

Is this documentation available somewhere ?

I didn't found anything on the NI website. Do you know if it's a NI product?

I found something on the icselect website: 488-PC2 Cards Driver, 488.2-PC2_manual.
