As far as I could tell, you are not posting to a google group. You are posting to an NI sponsored forum. Your repsonses are mirrored elsewhere but if you log into the forum at NI.com then the terms of use at the bottom of this page apply.
I still don't see why anyone would want to use your tool or the one at ieee.org when the tools already installed do just as much and more but feel to use whatever you are comfortable with.
