We don't seem to have any instrument drivers for this particular instrument. Without an instrument driver you will still be able to program with this device. Since it has an RS232 connection you can use a built in serial port and NI-VISA. You can download NI-VISA using this link. Once you have VISA you will need to know the protocol that your instrument uses. If you have a programming guide or user information this will help you form the commands needed. I found you device and some user information at this link. Please post back if you have any specific questions about NI-VISA.
