gpib usb hs+ windows driver missing

I have purchased a GPIB USB HS+ and have installed MAX V14. The thing is when I look under drive manager the GPIB USB HS+ and GPIB USB HS+ anyliser has a yellow exclamation marks next to them. MAX finds it but under devices and interface it has  Windows does not have a driver associated with your device. so I'm guessing i need to download the driver but when i click the link it take me to MAX V14 which i have already installed. Can anyone help.

Thanks

MAX is not the driver. The drivers you need are NI-488.2 and NI-VISA. They are on the driver disk that came with the device or download the latest. MAX will show you what drivers you actually have installed and will allow to configure/test the device when you actually do have installed the drivers.

OK I have installed them and the message in MAX  "Windows does not have a driver associated with your device" has gone but the exclamations make in device manager are still there and it still wont let me scan for new devices.

Try a different browser or attaching a zip file if you are having problems.
