gpib-usb-b can not work

HI every one,

I have a GPIB-USB-B adapter,after installing  of the  NI visa and NI 488.2 ,  in my system(win10),the windows device manager find a " Unknown device"

also  in  NI MAX :Measurement & Automation Explorer device and interface i don't find the gpib-usb.

Please tell me how should i do to solve this problem .

I recommend ensuring you have install a version of the NI-488.2 diver that still supports the GPIB-USB-B adapter. The latest one seems to be 17.6 according to NI-488.2 Supported Versions for GPIB Devices and Modules

Merci Oscar mon problem est résolu.

Le problem c'est dans le dossier de NI 488.2, après que j ai le télécharger, je le trouve vide
