gpib installation error

Hello:

I have some GPIB Problem. Please read and help me.

O/S : Windows NT 4.0 workgroup(English)
Server Computer : HP NetServer E200
Board : NI PCI-GPIB Board.

Problem : After Installing GPIB Software with provided CD and Put the GPIB Board in my PC.
After then Power On the PC.
Set configure and Board Type to GPIB0 and PCI-GPIB, press OK. and then the error message popup(see the attached file, gpiberror#1).
and then Press next, next...
the 2nd error message popup(gpiberror#2).
Please help me.

Hi 43chiee,

Make sure that you have the newest version of the driver. You can download this driver from http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm.

Is your board detected by windows? Did you get a "New hardware found" message when starting up windows after inserting the board?

Check to see if your board is present in the Windows NT Diagnostics utility.

Also, PCs usually have a setting in the BIOS that allows you to indicate whether or not you have a plug and play operating system (OS) on your machine. Since Windows NT is not a plug and play OS, this setting should be set to NO.
