I have Performed a update and now i receive this error device will not connect.

GPIB error code 28 is a GPIB ENET error.
Does the ready light of the ENET device flash red?

this is a GPID-USB-B and code is in driver part. I am at a loss about what to do.

Hello Jenks,
If you need the device to work immediately I would suggest downgrading the drivers.

If you want to proceed with the current driver can you check to see if your device
will work on another machine? This error only occurs if the power requirements from
 the usb bus are not being met.
