error 1300 while using HP4140B and HP4276A for C-V measurement

Hi everyone,

you've helped me a lot those past few months allready, but this problem has me stumped for days.

I am using HP4140B and HP4276A for C-V measurement. i just started the program and it isn't done of course but when i run the program with the while loop or without it, it only measures the capacitor the first loop. All the other times it sends an error 1300. I know it is instrument specific but i can't find anything that relates to it in the manual. And it comes up every time other than the first.

The error occures in the Config Vb in DC Mode.vi

I am using Labview 8.2

I would appreciate any help or suggestion.

Nevermind. I made it work. For some reason it sends the error when i'm using Config Va in DC mode.vi but everything is OK if I'm using Config Va in Wave Mode.vi and set the function in I-V. I don't know if I did something wrong or if the software is faulty but it works fine now!
