I want to try the example from NI Basic serial write and read and it dont work, I have the error 1073807343 , I look in´Mesurement and automation and I mabe found the probleme the serial device is unknown (Photo). but I dont know how cann I configure it .

I llok behind my computer and found 2 serial port.  look like this Photo

I think I found the problem im Bios was the two serial port off, I make it on and I cann see the two port in mesurement and automation I will try now the VI
