dynamic properties of NI USB-5133

Could anybody can show me the way how to use NI USB-5133 digitizer to measure data with speed about 1000 measurements per second. I was lucky to get the minimum time interval after which the digitizer is ready for new set of data of about 10 milliseconds. Is it the limit?
