this dll is very poorly documented. It is a visual basic dll. So this could mean the following:

But I can't register the dll here. Then an error message occurs.
If its not an ActiveX-DLL you should be able to call it with a call library function node in labview.
But this is not working too. I had to install 2 other DLLs first MFC42D.DLL and msvcrtd.dll which I got from web.
But it is still not working. There also comes a memory error message. The cause could be the following:

I also thought of implementing the shipped DSO2100USBSample.exe but it is not running here. Is it working on your pc? Then you
could use it in Labview with the System Exec.vi
Perhaps you could again ask for support at Hantek because the readme says:
"Hantek may provide you with support services related to the production"
