I have tried a couple of different USB to GPIB converters and I have also tried a different PC. The Issue seems to be purely the PS. The problem is a bit intermittent as well. When in MAX I query the device a few times and the device reponds properly but sometimes it just restarts the device. I have a very simple VI that controls some voltages on the instrument and when I try to run it it comes up with a communication error and restarts the power supply, or it comes up and runs for a minute and then the error happens.
