Why the programme can not execute orderly?

Hi:
I am currently using LabView 8.0 to write a programme (a vi) to control the Keithley 6517A working at a voltage-current sweep mode. I use CEC488 GPIB card. It works well and the vi can be executed orderly. But when I change it to the ADLink PCI-3488 GPIB card, the vi is executed non-orderly even I use sequence structure. Is there any way the vi can be excuted orderly by using ADLink PCI-3488 GPIB ?

See the attachment vi

Thank you all!

I forgot to say that when the vi was executed step by step, it works well. But when i disable the step by step button, and execute the vi, it does not exceuted orderly.

Hi

The only reason I can see is that your ADlink card maybe does not support the asynchronous mode correctly.
I checked this on the GPIB Read function All other gpib functions are hidden in subvi's that are not available in my system.

By the way: you have correctly wired the ERROR-IO lines so there is no need for the sequence frames in LabVIEW.
greetings from the Netherlands
