Why does 24xx_Swp-V_Meas-I_gpib freeze just before completion?

Hello,  I have a Keithley 2400 and 2420 Source Meters.  I have recently installed Labview 8.6 and connect the multimeters (one at a time) with a GPIB_USB_HS adapter.  I have also downloaded and successfully used the offered 24xx_Swp-V_Meas-I_gpib.vi to sweep voltages and measure current. 

My problem seems to arise if I use too many points or use a source delay anything close to a second?  

Am I overloading some internal memory?  Or is there some timeout function in the block diagram that I can  increase?

This is a very similar problem that I am running into also. I increase the Sour Delay past .680s and I get a GPIB read error, but the manual isnt exactly helping me with this situation.

I really think there is some timeout function that could be changed.
