When i control 2 instruments separately it works, when i combine them in one program one works the other not?????

Dear friends,

I am controlling TDK Lambda via RS232 using VISA, and power sink via USB using the labview driver of the company (Genyses). In doing that separately they work just perfect, but when i do them in the same program the VISA one keeps showing error in reading step. Can you please share if you know what can the problem be?

1. Set Read the numver of bytes specified from 5 to at least 7  because dot and \r also symbols. I would recommend set 64.

this is what i thought first time, i increased the number, however still showing some error! . Thanks for replying.
