This error is described in LabVIEW as:
Error -1073807343 occurred at an unidentified location
Possible reason(s):
VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0011) Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system.
Do both computers have the same version of LabVIEW and NI-VISA installed? Also if you're using GPIB, verify that both computers have the same version of NI-488.2. You can find new versions of the drivers at the Drivers and Updates page.
