Hi,

 

I am looking for a USB drivers for USB-RS232/4 for windows xp. I searched NI website and there was no success.

Please advise.

Try poking around the ftp site starting here, the readme does mention XP:

ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/serial/win32/USB-232-485/

 

EDIT: Also look here:
